today I realized that even if my weight does not show up on the scale that measuring will show a net loss of inches, sometimes a full inch and sometimes a 1/2 inches. Also, the inches vary from area to area. So I may loose 1inch here and 2 inches somewhere else or it could be only a 1/2 inch. So measuring is important and getting that new scale I will need soon is also important. I have included nuts now on induction and plan to use them in small amounts over the week. I am going into my 5th week. (note earlier thought I was already in that 5th week but upon checking my calendar a few times realized this in now the beginning of the 5th week). Plan to add sugar free jello from time to time too.
