Diario de crystalynnn, 29 ene. 12

It has been a long time since i last recorded a journal, but this morning i hopped on fatsecret to start logging my food again. I have been working out so from my starting weight i have only been fluxuating up and down.

restarted my diet today, with a new start weight, a new start date, and a new long term goal. I start today at 241.6lbs, and i want to reach 185. I remember being 185 and feeling happy, and being chubby but cute. I have come to terms that no matter how skinny i get my "stoppel family genes" (my moms side) have deemed us to be shaped the same no matter what number the scale reads.

But i can work it, i am confident and sexy, and when i was 185 i fit into a size 12 little green dress and everyone was shocked at how good i looked. even i was shocked.

i got through three weeks of couch to 5k before i just started running intervals along a 3.something mile track in my neighborhood, or a park and started incorporating hiking only 3 days ago.

i have noticed that my clothes are fitting better, i feel better overall, and when i work out my breathing isnt as irratic as it used to be. aka i dont sound like im dying anymore.

as much as people keep telling me i look thinner, and its probably muscle that i am gaining, i havent changed my eating habits to go along with my new fitness routines and i havent seen the numbers drop on the scale at all.

I decided to start dieting again, im not sure how many calories i should be eating but i think i will keep it under 1500 like before.


I am going to go out either running or hiking today with my sister amber who is my biggest support and my biggest inspiration so far during the year of fitness.

im not going to write about all the days in between my last journal entry and today's because i know it will just be filled with excuses as to why i wasnt dieting, like being sick, or too busy.

this time i am accountable for my dieting and i know i just have to get back on the horse and go.
