Yesterday went to Starved Rock State Park to watch bald eagles. Did a lot of walking but also a lot of unhealthy eating, too. Went to McDonalds for a sausage McMuffin and then out to lunch at Applebees and dinner at Culvers... Ugh. Haven't been to McDonald's for a month now. I feel like I let myself down. Today I feel a little less motivated since I messed up yesterday. Keep telling myself its a new day and get my butt in gear and exercise but decided to write in my journal instead. Now I'm thinking about going back to bed. But can't. Have so much to do but don't feel like doing any of it.
