Hi. If you're working out that much and your body wasn't used to it before, then you will be bulking up your muscle mass which weighs heavier than fat - that is probably why you have a fluctuating weight loss so far. You have the right attitude - it's your health, fitness and shape that matters, not so much your weight. Keep at it and you'll get there in the end. Good luck! :)
