Day 8
I'm feeling rather "blah"
It hasn't been easy to follow this diet over the past three days - mostly because of PMS. I cannot really say I am having cravings like I usually get. But I do have a need to eat. (Can you say oral fixation?) *blink*
I behaved mostly. I did slip up a little here and there, but nothing worth mentioning.
I feel bloated and achy. And my back is really ouch. I need a massage. And for my period to start and be over with so I can continue with my life.
