Finally I'm back on track. It seems I carbed out quite a bit lately and my weight went way up as I figured it would...which made me more depressed which made me not care so I ate more.... and stress with the critters (I lost my cat Zorro to health issues, and 1 horse and 1 donk aren't doing well). Depression is NOT my best friend.

So, I've regathered myself and this time I'm only going to make small goals which is what everyone recommends anyway. The new goal is only 7 pounds.....but I can do that! I've already lost 1, so 6 more to go!
