I am doing very well. This is the first time In my life that I feel like I am on track and losing weight steadily. I record every single thing I eat in my calorie counter application on my phone. My main issue is that I am addicted to weighing in every day. I cant help but watch the scale go down. Maybe its a disorder of some kind but I just want this weight off so badly.
Oh! and the other issue is that I dont work out. There is nothing about working out that interests me in the least. I mean, I guess I cant say there is nothing that interests me about it. I would love have solid thighs instead of fatty thighs that jiggle. However, I kinda need to focus on one thing at a time. so, for now, I am focusing on weight loss. Once I lose another 20 pounds, then we can start talking exercise. for now, I just want to get a little weight off and give my body a break.
p.s. I really need to start working on drinking more water!!!!
