Well I forgot my new plan to drink a glass of water BEFORE drinking a can of Pepsi. So I'm drinking it now. It's funny. I have a blue water bottle and the water tastes so good whenever I drink from it. But, if I put the same water in one of the little plastic cups it tastes awful. I wonder why? It must be all in my head. Glad though that I'm drinking water and not another Pepsi. Hopefully this will be my newest habit.
Got on the scale today and was disappointed. Had to keep telling myself that its ok that I didn't lose any weight since last Sunday. At least I didn't gain, right??? Maybe I'll go back to my original plan and not weigh myself at all. Just determine how my clothes fit.

The fit is more important than the number, so you're not he right track there. You'll reach your goals if you just keep going on this path. Glad the water is good in some form- funny how we can play tricks on ourselves in our minds. :)
