Last night added the Mountain Climbers and Russian Twist into my ab workout, starting slowly with mini 1 minute bouts for 4 cycles along with crunches, then moved on to the kettlebell. Have decided to do yoga on opposite nights so that begins today. I do weight training every morning to start my day.
