Had a pretty ok day today. Thought for the umpteenth time I need to stop drinking Pepsi. Just can't do it. I'm so addicted! Just the idea of it almost scares me. I know what I need to do. I need to start drinking more water and eventually I will break the Pepsi habit and start with a water habit. But why can't I do that????

I know the feeling. I didn't drink a lot of pop, but I was used to my pop every day after work. I wasn't prepared to give it up so I switched to diet. I've tried all of them, diet pepsi, diet coke, coke zero and the supermarket brands. Coke zero is probably my favorite, and I prefer pesi over coke.
And I always drink a full glass of water before my pop so I nurse it and reallyenjoy it instead of chugging cause I'm thirsty.
We all have our vices. lol.

I also changed to Coke Zero. It took a week or so to get used to it but I did. The other thing about Coke Zero is that it doesn't make regular Coke taste too sweet so every once in awhile I can treat myself to a regular one. Good luck!

That's a good idea, Tess76. From now on I will drink a glass of water BEFORE I will allow myself to have a can of Pepsi. I'll see how that works. Thanks to both of you, Tess and Becki, for the good luck wishes.
