Diario de melesurgo, 02 feb. 10

So yesterday I weighed myself at the gym and was sooooo disappointed to be at 150 again. I mean it was only 1/2 pound gain, but I thought I was doing pretty well and was so hoping for a loss of at least a pound. I went from disappointment to anger pretty quickly. I didn't even want to work out, I just wanted to go eat, cuz why bother? Anyway I trudged through my workout and ate properly the rest of the day thanks to my stubborn streak. Then when i went back over the totals for the month of January, I realized that I lost 3 pounds and my calorie deficit was -11,000 or so which means they know what they are talking about when they say -3500 calories = 1 pound. Dang it! But anyway my point actually is, no matter how well you think you are doing, seeing it in black and white is a whole other ball game! Which makes this site invaluable to me. Whew.
