Impending doom....I am not sure how will i get through the next week. I have received a schedule of workshop meetings that runs basically daily from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.By the time I reach home I'll be flat tired. When will i do my exercise??...I was thinking that perhaps I could wake up earlier to take a morning walk (just like my buddy did)...that makes;
6am - morning walk - 15-20 min 6.30-6.50-get ready to work...
I'll just give it a try tmrow and see how it goes.
