going to start lowering my carbs... hopefully that will help me drop more pounds, faster. i usually eat over 100 carbs a day - i'm dropping that to half! lets see how i do now! i'm still stuck on 191 lbs... makes me upset, actually. :(
as for measurements... will do those today. hopefully i've lost some type of inches, since i haven't lost anymore weight. poo. :(
