Today was pretty good. Can't complain. I just wish the scale would reflect the changes that I have been making. Maybe it is?!?!. Even though I have cut my calorie intake in half I need to make better choices in what I am eating.
Sooooo...Here's to tomorrow!

You are abosolutely right! Yesterday, I only drank about 50 ounces. I will try to up it today and drink 100 ounces. Hopefully, that will do something. How are you doing today?
