Wow 100% faithful to my calorie count and exercise and NO loss? WTH? I started thinking maybe I misread the scale last week or something. Man its hard to stomach. What else can a person do? Sheesh I cant eat any less I might pass out hahahaha. Oh well. Luckily Im too stubborn to quit. Hopefully next Monday brings a larger loss than normal.

just a quick thought and an idea to try for two or three days. try to drop all sugars after 5 pm. including all fruits, sweetners, breads, etc.... These sugars spike insulin and stop calorie burning during sleep. Instead, substitute for protein, veggies, protein powders, etc.... Once that sugar is out of you in the evenings, the body will look for something to burn. let me know if this works for you.
