Diario de poofwizard, 24 mar. 17

I am soooo hungry today. Don't know why. Ate my normal wheat bagel (carbs) with peanut butter (fat and protein) for breakfast and I am normally good until 1 or so. But today my tummy is GROWLING and I am dying for food.

I am also totally hyper. Can't sit still at hy desk and am like jumping around in the office. What the heck??? Hope I still have this energy at 12:30 when it is time for my daily hike. Until then I will grab some Brown Rice Triskets...
