YAY! Two pounds down. I am so ready to get off this 230 plateau. I hope to see the 220's this weekend! I went hard at the gym last night too so that's day 3 of gym success!! I ran on the elliptical a warm-up of 10 minutes with the arms, then i walked on the treadmill at 3.5 mph for 45 minutes. Thats almost a full hour of cardio. It's getting easier. Then I laid in the tanning bed (i gotta do something about these pale legs before my best friends wedding im in in may). Then I went back and did arms, shoulders, abs, and thighs on the machines. I spent a total of 2 hours in the gym last night.

I am starting to have more energy. I woke up this morning weighed myself, did a little happy-dance, decided i'll update my fatsecret then I am gonna get busy doing a lot of housework.

I've never really been a breakfast eater...I LOVE breakfast food--the unhealthy kind like pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, and biscuits...I just dont want food in the mornings--and shouldnt eat THOSE foods at all! Everyone says breakfast is the most important meal of the day; it gets your metabolism started. Yesterday I drank a carnation instant breakfast with skim milk. It was really good, tasted like a slim fast. I think I am going to do that more often. Does anyone have any other suggestions of light things to eat for breakfast to get my metabolism going?
