It has been a long time since I first began my journey with Fat Secret. Since that time, I spent 9 weeks in Germany with my Daughter while she was having a baby. I returned home in mid-August - one week later, we started preparing/securing for Hurricane Irene. When Irene came through Eastern North Carolina, it devastated us - the bottom part of our home was completely flooded with 4-5' of water, and the motion of the water took one of our rooms completely away. It has taken us until the week before Christmas to get back into our home. During this struggle, my Husband fell out of the trailer we were temporarily staying in and has had to have rotator cuff surgery on his right shoulder; therefore, I have had to do everything for Christmas and since, including driving him back/forth to Dr appointments. It has been a huge struggle, and, I am a stress eater. This being said, I have put on 10.6 pounds since my last weigh-in. I need to get back on track with my change of lifestyle eating.
