This is Day One.

I'm scared. And nervous. And anxious that once again I won't be able to do this . . .

But the emotional pain, coupled with the physical burden of being this overweight . . . I can't do it anymore.

And I've tried and failed so many times before.

I know I sound negative. I'm not, really. Just realistic.

For some reason this time feels a little different. Perhaps now, I am mature enough to do this right. I know I'm doing it for the right reasons.

I just hope it works.

I hope the diet works for you. I think any one of us feel the same way at some point. Dieting isn't an "easy" task but we've got to do it. I wish you much luck and congrats on wanting to improve yourself mentally & physically!!!

My greatest advice is : IF YOU WANNA SUCCEED , STAY HERE with all these WONDERFUL people on this website, they will HELP YOU tremendously!!! You will see, and you will be so happy to have found this too,My weight loss is not great here, by far,BUT i started at 181. went to 170.....where i have been, my fault,no one else to blame,but, BUT,if had not found my new fatsecret friends here,i'd probably be at 185 by NOW!!!!!! so, stick with us, we are all here for same reason, we stick together,GOOD LUCK!!!
