Really surprised at this morning's weigh-in result: almost 3kg down from a week ago, and only exercised properly once and tried to eat better. It must have helped that I did not snack in the evening yesterday and drank 2 litres of water as well as three cups of tea (with sweetener). But in my experience the first 5kg are easy, it gets tougher then.
The plan is for my BF and me to visit our new gym tonight for the first time and start our membership there. So hopefully I can continue successfully on my journey to become fitter, healthier and happier!
