Well few days back from Holiday no weight gain but seem to have acquired .4% Body fat :) given was in america and eating USA size meals pretty happy ... Being on Holiday was able to fit in more exercise to compensate. Not sure what that 76+Kg was suspect may have been misset scales on floor. 

Sounds like quite a trip! Good to see it didn't mess up your extremely well kept maintenance :) 

yeah was a blast - went to see Son swim in the north coast athletic conference up in Ohio so froze my xss off then flew down to Florida to warm me cockles :). Fitted in a theatre trip in Cleveland to see King and I with the wife so was a great holiday all told.
