Got up at 7:00 AM and had a; English muffin with peanut-butter, 1/2 cup yogurt with strawberries, and two cups of water. For lunch I had a piece of baked skinless chicken with flax-seed, spinach, banana, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, whole wheat toast, and two cups of water. I'm going to walk my two miles now wish me luck!!!! I just had back to Nature's almond, cashew, cherry, strawberry, and blueberry mix, Fit and active rice snacks,an orange, and two glasses of water.
