I don't know if its stress, or PMS, but MAN I cannot get full today. I ate breakfast, then had to eat lunch early cuz I was hungry an hour and half later. Then I went about 3 hours until I got home, and had to eat something. I grabbed a granola bar, that worked for about 30 minutes, and now I'm just finishing a cheese stick. Gah. I dunno what to make for dinner either, but I hope it satisfies this damn hunger.

Really listen to your body and notice if it is hunger or phantom hunger. If it is hunger then some veggies or an apple should stop the sensation. If it is phantom hunger nothing will satisfy the beast. I think you have one of those little orange monsters that Weight Watchers show on their commercials who is hanging around you at a vulnerable time; Mondays and Mid-Terms are when they like to hit! Drink lots of water making sure you are hydrated.
