Diario de ctina, 01 nov. 07

This week hasn't gotten any easier. I haven't exercised at all, I haven't been writing down anything and I haven't been watching what I eat. I am not looking forward to the next weigh-in. :(

okay that week is behind you...NOW do all the things above that you didn't do...you are the only one that can make this happen. Perhaps write down all the reasons you want to lose weight and read those reasons often. You can do it...all of us have had weeks like this where we just are not motivated to do anything, and we could care less...BUT why add insult to injury ONLY you can change the bottom line, BUT the good news is you have so many up against the same thing you are and they are succeeding, and they can encourage and help you do the same...YOU CAN DO IT! Let's go...no matter where you are right now...FINISH THE DAY, eating properly and healty by doing your weight watchers points...take a walk, write down why you are depressed and what will help you overcome that! GO Girl...you can do it!

Hang in there..Well if you know all the things you didn't do this week.....you may not have a good weigh in...now what you need to do is pick yourself up... dust yourself off..start over...as of today..start writing everything down.. workout...you can do ...don't give up never give up...you can do this...you know you can...you are doing it for all the right reason...YOU...Good Luck

I agree with the other 2 on just pick it up now and move on. We've all had weeks like that. On the exercise, give it the 10 minute rule, say you're going to do it for 10 minutes and when that time is up you'll probably feel better and keep going. If not do another 10 minutes sometime later. :)
