okay that week is behind you...NOW do all the things above that you didn't do...you are the only one that can make this happen. Perhaps write down all the reasons you want to lose weight and read those reasons often. You can do it...all of us have had weeks like this where we just are not motivated to do anything, and we could care less...BUT why add insult to injury ONLY you can change the bottom line, BUT the good news is you have so many up against the same thing you are and they are succeeding, and they can encourage and help you do the same...YOU CAN DO IT! Let's go...no matter where you are right now...FINISH THE DAY, eating properly and healty by doing your weight watchers points...take a walk, write down why you are depressed and what will help you overcome that! GO Girl...you can do it!
