Diet followed poorly??? Are the kidding?? you lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks and thats all you get! F them 

I was up to 27. That day I followed it poorly. I gained 1.7 in one night by drinking two bottles of wine and eating lasagna and gnocchi - that is "poorly".
