Day 4 and feeling very hopeful! Starting to plan my food ahead each day and hoping it helps. I filled out my exercise and food diaries this morning and I am going to stick to it. I brought Special K for the 3rd day for breakfast and lunch and 2 health snacks. I even went to the grocery store last night and bought the ingredients needed for 4 different recipes I found here. I was more conscious last night at dinner and made a ham sandwich instead of the high calorie leftovers from the night before. I'm getting excited to weigh myself in on Sunday!!
