I'm going to do the Atkins Induction for the next 30 days. This is going to be an all out procedure, until the 30th November. I've made my lunch for today, and I'm going to be making lunch for tomorrow as well. I've the house stocked up and I'm looking each morning at a list of forbidden items to remind myself that I can do it. I can do it! :D
