I am trying this whole low carb thing. I don't get it. EVERYTHING HAS CARBS IN IT! AHHH!! I think I am going to drop the challenge of that one. I am already dieting enough I don't know how to cut out carbs too. Plus it's not helping where I read one thing is good for you to lose weight then another articles says "stay away". PFFFTHH. I'm annoyed. lol

That has been one of my biggest issues too! I can not seem to get the carb count down either. But damn how low can you cut your calories and carbs before you feel like you are going to pass smooth out?!? I did the South Beach Diet a few years ago and lost quite a bit but I also had a REALLY skinny roommate at the time who followed the diet as well so that was all the motivation I needed! LOL.. I think you have to just try to keep things in moderation and EXERCISE (which I am finding is definitely easier said than done!!). Try not eating any carbs after like 3pm... so have just protein and veggies for dinner...I am finding that the lighter I eat at night the better I am sleeping as well.. How are you doing on the FG videos???? HANG IN THERE!!!
