Day ONE: I can do this. I am so glad I found this website. I am determined to lose this weight before a wonderful stress-free vacation in FL in June. (however stress free it can be with 3 kids in tow) Using Weight Watchers tools, but did not join or attend meetings. It has helped me lose 10-15 lbs in the past.
