Just one of those nights - I want to eat everything in sight. I let myself have a couple pieces of fudge and still craving something. It's not that I'm even hungry; I just want to eat.
Recording everything I eat is certainly helping. Despite the cravings, I don't want to have to enter more food today. So now I have a steaming cup of sugar-free cider in front of me; hopefully this will kill the cravings.

In case your cider didn't help... try a tablespoon full of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. That will kill the cravings. It's a little tip for when the cravings get crazy. Best of luck!
