Diario de Kate2Hate, 22 ene. 10

Well this is my frist journal entry. I'd like to lose about 40 pounds. I was in the Military and I had lost 40 lbs when I joined...now that I've finished my service I'm pretty much right back to where I started. I'm frustrated that I have the weight back but I'm determined to lose it before I get married. I have plenty of time (at least a year and a half) before my wedding...so I have time to really plan out my weight loss goals. I'm going to be successful this time for these reason's:
I have finally quite smoking! Only took me 10 years to do it!
I don't like feeling like crap.
I don't like being sick all of the time.
I don't want to be like my Mom at 55, worrying weather or not I'm going to have a heart attack because I've been eating bad my whole life!
I want to look and feel beautiful.
I want to start running. I've never been a "runner" but I'd like to be.
I want to exercise with my Dogs.
I want to be able to go hiking without feeling like I'm dying!
I finally found an exercise program that I really like doing!
And finally and most important, I just want to do something good for myself.
