on South beach diet. so far so good. loses about .5 lbs a day. need to buy a cup measurer and some measuring spoons to measure my food so I know the measurements are correct. also need a scale to measure the meats. only cheated once with 3 slices of and orange and orange juice the first few days. only missed one night on eliptical machine.
