Ready for bed now but a tricky evening. After dinner I just wanted to eat - didn't matter what, I just wanted to eat. Managed to stick to low carb stuff, but went over my 20g slightly. I guess it doesn't matter too much in the whole scheme of things, but I just feel I've eaten more than I should. Not only do I want to lose weight, I want to be able to take control and just eat a normal amount.

Is it just me that wants to just eat eat eat sometimes?

No, it's not just you... and exercise can really boost your appetite! So no wonder you were in the mood! Circuit training/running for 45 min's... that's a lot! Good that you kept it all low carb! It does balance out thru out the week if you pay close attention and keep amounts in check. GREAT JOB!
