Ugh. Have the flu today. Haven't eaten anything, only drank a little bit of water and diet sprite.

Going to head up to McD's to get some real sprite and maybe a couple yogurt cups as those should come back up pretty easy.

I guess the bright side is with how dehydrated I am I should lose a lot of weight by Monday!

LOL... don't look at the weight benefit from the flu. I had the flu for 2 weeks in October, and lost weight but ended up gaining back 4 of the pounds I lost! Hope you're feeling better soon!
