It is not safe to lose weight faster. In the long run, u will gain it back and more. The safest weight lose is between one or two pounds a week. Be patient the weight will come off due to proper eating and exercise (cardio and weight training) 3-4 times a week. U will not gain muscle if u do weight training along with the cardio. The will balance each other out. Try it. . . Good Luck
