So, still 179lbs
Ate some cereal and had 2 choc digestives..
So carbs ,but no big portions , just didn't want them

The physio was brilliant, took over an hour to do my assessment

He knows exactly where I'm coming from

Got 2 exercises to do daily for core strength.. he really knows his stuff

Seeing him again on Valentine's Day... he's considering acupuncture/ manipulation to help my back

Seeing GP today to discuss my recurring cellulitis and pain meds and blood sugar.. feel like a plan is coming together! Yay 😁

Back on high protein , lots of water today

Not sure, but I am thinking low carbs .... a bit of intermittent fasting ... taking glucosimine chondroitin (it lubricates the joints) well somethings got to help. Here for you buddy. Hugs!
