Had to weigh in before it was due for my challenges! I only lost half a pound! I shouldn't be shocked, though. I have been very dedicated to my daily workouts and I have cut back on the amount of food I eat a day. HOWEVER, I have been VERY LAZY with the calorie counting which has made it easier for me to be eating things I shouldn't. For example, instead of being balanced through out the day I would eat and apple for breakfast, a half a can of lite soup for lunch (great so far) and then a greasy grill pressed reuben at work!!!!!!!!! thinking it's ok because I was so good the early part of the day. I should have lost more weight. My 'strategic cheating' is not working. Just wanted to let you all know that incase you were doing the same. IT doesn't work! All hard work exercising wasted! NO REUBENS! WHAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!
