Diario de claireshopeful, 18 ene. 10

I've completed my first full week and I've lost 7lbs I know this isn't going to happen everyweek but it's given me a great feeling. One thing that i'll ahve to watch is that I don't seem to be eating enough, although I'm not hungrey. I seem to have to force myself to eat sometimes. I think going on fatsecret has really helped me to focus as it counts everything and calculates the net carbs which i found really difficult to do on my own.
