I get the same problem, I get these cravings for sugar and I hit the cookies or cakes or the soda which is the easiest to access. What worked for me is water and fruit that contain water oranges, grapes , apples , pineapples, and mixing it with yogurt is the best. If I have this around it helps to get rid of my sugar temptation. I hope this helps
