Diario de scarycrow, 17 ene. 10

Had a physical this past Thursday. Time to lose weight, LOTS OF WEIGHT. Went out and bought a recumbant exercise bike. 30 minutes today, and every day for the rest of my life. I assume in 6 months this will be easy.

Welcome back! Good for getting the bike! Treat yourself with good high quality protein food...steaks, salmon, eggs....your body will reward you fast and you will feel sooo much better! If you need more info the www.atkins.com site is very good with recipes, carb counters and even menus!
