Used the treadmill in the house on a 10% incline and worked up a good sweat in 30 mins. Only did 30 because I need to do it again in the morning for about 45. It told me 240 kcals, 30min, and I think 1.35 miles (which seems too few miles compared to my GPS and how far I walked at 4mph). I weigh in tomorrow morning.
