Hey guys,
Sorry I have been absent for so long. Life... has been pretty hectic. I check in, I read your journals, I just haven't been writing or commenting at all and for that I am sorry.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and are now making your commitment back into your lifestyle if you lost your way and if not congrats.

I totally lost my way. 55 days ago I weighed 206.6 pounds, today I am pretty sure it is closer to 215.... which sucks but you know what I can change it. I will weigh in tomorrow and put it in for accountability but I am sure it will hurt my ego.

I fell off the wagon at the beginning of December - when the packing started. By the 1st of January I totally lost sight of the wagon, and even today I am still not exactly sure where it is, but I am sure I will eventually find it again, slowly. I am back on track today, so its not horrible. I will say, that eating crap has literally made me feel like... well ... like crap lol To take a page from Steph, the gass I am producing is not very nice, pretty sure I could make a sewage treatment plant smell like roses at the moment lol thankfully today it seems to have subsided a bit.

I am all moved into my new house, I just need to unpack it now and settle in.

I really have got nothing but thought I better check in with you all before you start to unbuddy me ;)
