2nd fast this week (first one was tuesday) as an experiment to see how I cope. Not sure I like it, may go back to 1 fast per wek next week.
Will see how my workout goes tomrrow if I feel really weak or normal "diet weak". Anyway all is good have a little coconut milk on coffee so a little energy before I go home and get some "break-fast".
