I’ve not been very active today, for some unknown reason I’m in pain from my tail bone and almost immobile. I haven’t taken a tumble so guess it must have been me sitting awkwardly.
I’ve checked with Dr Google and if it doesn’t go I may need a bit of physio. I’m hoping is gone by tomorrow or I will have to forgo my gym session.

That's a horrible injury, WP. You can't sit down properly, you can't stand up properly and the transition between the two is agony. I hope you feel better soon and if it doesn't go in a couple of days, I'd consult a physio / chiropractor / osteopath (they may disagree in their clinical practice but I've used all three in the past for various things with success from all three!). I hope you feel better soon

Sorry to hear that, Windle. Hope it gets better soon. Ibuprofen might help.

Try a hot bath (for at least 30 minutes) and lying flat to stretch it out. I use a tennis ball to massage my back and it's a three minute marvel but I'm not sure about using it on your 'tail bone'!
