I could be wrong, but I believe that this product was making some folks ill. Read some much stuff can't remember all the details. 

Why are you trying pounds to lose three pounds? I do not mean to sound critical but meal replacements are not always a good choice. 

Hi HBC. I know it seems crazy but trust me 3 lbs is a big deal for me. Since I'm African I carry my weight around the thighs, hips and behind area. Those areas are the hardest to lose weight. I'm not going to replace all meals with this product. I'm only doing a trial period so I can always chose to stop.

Hi upkeep. I believe people who had problems relied on the product too much. I'm going to replace one meal. 

I notice lately that I think/crave about food a lot. I'm always mindlessly thinking what to eat and next thing I know I've over are. I've done research and don't plan to be crazy depentent on the product. Plus I'm doing a trial of 1 month. I've already opted out of the monthly delivery so I won't keep being sent product. It may seem crazy to others but it's also crazy to over eat. This product can help with mindless eating which is what I'm aiming to control. No more snacking
