Note to self...if all I'm going to do at night after the kids go to bed is watch t.v. and eat things that I don't need, then I might as well go to bed as well. Last night, from sheer boredom, I ate two slices of genoa salami, and a chicken finger that was left over from my son's dinner from the night before. More sleep is better for me healthwise as well.
