Diario de jessbond, 15 ene. 10

I am slightly annoyed today. I've been sticking to my diet almost a 100%, I am exercising and I still put on all the weight I lost this week in one day.
Well, I actually think this is because I am on my PMS, but it is still annoying. Maybe I shouldn't weigh in everyday, but I feel that if I don't, I lose track of my goal....
AHHHHHH... so annoying ;_;

2 things, when you get your period, you bloat, we all do, up to 3lbs. in water retention, that's why it's vital that you cut down your sodium and carbs intake during those days, after your cycle 'moves on' you lose all that water, it's not fat, just water retention as long as your sticking to your diet. the other thing would be that you have hit a plateau, easy enough to solve, just scramble your diet, have 1 indulgence (ice cream does it for me) and scramble your excercise routine. you should change your menu every 2-3 weks to keep your metabolism in fast forward. hope it helps!

Yeah, I think the problem is my period. I am not on my diet long enough to have got to a plateau. I'll try to avoid sodium and carbs until it is done! Thanks for the tips :D
