You're doing all the right things, especially beginning a weight-lifting routine. It makes such a difference so quickly in the way your body looks. As for the egg breakfasts, I like eggs, but enough is enough. There are only so many ways to fix them. I just found a lunch or dinner that I liked and had it for breakfast. I also like the turkey rollups with cilantro mayo. I hope that helps
