Wow! Day one and I'm doing great! It helps that i went shopping ahead of time too. Tonight i will make my lunch for tomorrow and decide on breakfast and dinner for tomorrow. My goal is to go for a walk in the morning before work if it's nice out. I feel great and want to feel even better.
