I'm scared but hopeful. I can do this. I exercised ten minutes today. I felt hot, sweaty, and AMAZING afterwards. I feel so good after I exercise. I am doing good on my calorie count today. I feel sexy when I'm slightly hungry.

The first 2 weeks are the toughest, but then it all becomes routine. Exercising will grow on you. After a while you'll find, if you skip a day, it really makes you unhappy!
